This means you ARE NOT allowed to upload videos of ripped DVDs, recorded TV shows, "stuff you found on teh Internet" or any other material that is subject of 3rd party intellectual property rights. Uploading of any violent, sexually offensive or otherwise illegal material is also not allowed. In short - NO porn, warez or any videos showing anything else than you, your band or your buddies playing guitar oriented music. All the submissions are moderated before being available online, so any videos in breach of the stated terms will get deleted before being available to the public!
By uploading your video to Guitarvids.net you allow its administrators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the uploaded videos within the Guitarvids.net website. You retain full rights on your videos.
3rd PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the content hosted on Guitarvids.net is submitted by it's users and believed to be free of any 3rd party rights. We, the administrators of Guitarvids.net, are doing our best to keep our site free of any copyrighted material.
